Bought a lovely Audi A3 for my son from Jason in Hillside Autos. Great overall experience from Jason, from viewing the car to the sale. Car was Serviced and perfectly presented on collection.Had an issue with the car within the warranty period and Jason promptly looked after the repair. No nonsence or arguments, just a professional response and resolution.I highly recommend this independant car sales. It's a rare occurance these days for a garage to stand over there word with warranty, but they did and I will return in the future due to the excellent overall experience. 5 stars

I bought a Mercedes B-Class from this dealership in March, and the whole experience — from initial contact to delivery (on the photo)— was very pleasant.About a month after the purchase, a couple of issues appeared: an ABS sensor failed and there was some noise coming from the suspension. I contacted the dealership, and both problems were handled excellently. Jason, Darren and team are truly customer-focused professionals — responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with.I’m very happy I bought my car from them, and when the time comes for my next vehicle, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I bought a Golf Gti Clubsport from Hillside Autos and I couldn't ask for a better customer service experience from them. I put a deposit on the car and they were happy to hold the car for me for a number of weeks which a lot of other dealers would never do. The quality and condition of the car was flawless. It had a slight leak from the washer bottle a few weeks after I picked the car up and the lads from Hillside Autos were more than happy to rectify the issue. Overall they gave me great customer service and went above any beyond to make sure the car was 100%. I'd highly recommend Hillside Autos to anyone looking for an extremely clean and well presented car.

I bought a car around 2 weeks ago. The car malfunctioned with some service and reverse errors on the very first day. I spoke to Jason (Dealer), a professional man, he sent a person on a very next day to collect car from my address and took it to the mechanics. Reverse issue was sorted but the engine error was still showing up. After one week, the car was unable to be fixed so Jason gave me 2 options, either buy a different car (1000 euro discount in curtesy) or a refund. I went for the refund which I received on the very first day of asking.I understand that at the end of the day car is a machine, hence, it can go wrong, however, what impressed me more is that Jason is very professional and an honest person.I would deal with him again if he has a car I am looking for.

May 2024Hi JasonThank you for helping me purchase the Volkswagen UP this week.I studied a lot of run abouts, small cars on the internet for a few weeks and then on that wet day I visited most of Leinster looking at cars and garage after garage was so shabby, sloppy and very badly presented.Visiting your facility, the first impressions the appearance and cleanness of the parking lot and the kindness, helpfulness and attention from you and not to mention the quality and standard your cars were displayed it was outstanding better than any other I visited.Well, done to all and thank you again.
